You can either juice these or just infuse them. Also get into the habit of starting your day with a big glass of water with lemon right when you wake up.
▪️
Lemon is detoxing, alkalizing and revs up your metabolism.
▪️
Every function in our body runs on water, including elimination and cleansing. Aim to drink AT LEAST half of your body weight in ounces throughout the day. More if you are active or sweating.
▪️
Water helps with healthy digestion, regularity, detoxification, mental clarity, energy and satiety.
▪️
Hungry? Dehydration often masks itself as hunger.
▪️
You can also add infusions to your water to help with taste and make it more fun and enjoyable.

If there's one thing I’d love the opportunity to teach acupuncturists everywhere, it’s this:

Email marketing is worth the effort because you own your email list in a way that you'll never own your social media following 🤯

On social, the algorithms can change at any time. When you publish a post, it might reach a certain % of your followers. There's no guarantee the content you post tomorrow will land in front of the same % of followers.

We have very little control over how our social media content is delivered, even to those followers who WANT to hear it. Also, what if there’s a big glitch (like the time Instagram crashed for a day, remember that?) and your message doesn’t get delivered at all?

You know I’m in favor of social media. It has pros & cons, like anything. But I want to emphasize why it’s worth it to do email marketing as well.

Because you OWN your email subscriber list. This means you’re not at the mercy of an algorithm that determines how your message is delivered. You have MUCH more control. You send out an email, it lands in their inbox. Boom.

An email list is a huge asset for this reason.

In marketing we say, “The money is in the list.” This means sending emails to your list is one of the most effective ways to generate revenue.

When my coaching clients say they’re having a slow month & ask, “What can I do to get more patients ASAP?” my response is very often >> Email your list!

This is why I’m teaching this live workshop on Sunday. I’ll be walking you through one of the most powerful ways to grow your email list: creating a lead magnet.

I know lead magnet creation & tech setup can be intimidating, so that’s why I'm teaching it live, sharing my screen, so you can follow along.

Let me help you! I’ve been creating & launching lead magnets for almost 7 years and I L-O-V-E it.

Class is Sunday, 2/28, 11am-1pm EST and it's $47. It's a paid workshop because it's very specific - this isn't theoretical info, it's a step-by-step tutorial.

Lately, I have been getting letters from women telling me about their fertility journey. I am always amazed at what women go through.⠀⠀
⠀⠀
Miscarriages, failed IVF's, relationship struggles, difficulties in their cycle and the list goes on. We all need help along the way. And it's important to choose someone that will help you that has credentials, that knows what he/she is doing. ⠀⠀
⠀⠀
It is my mission to help women and men outside of my clinic in West Los Angeles. I bring not only my over 27 years experience treating infertility as a Chinese Medicine practitioner but I also bring my skills as a sex coach. This opens the space for individuals and couples to talk about everything that gets in the way of conceiving. For some, it is the energetic disconnect in their reproductive centers and for others it is their egg quality.⠀⠀
⠀⠀
Whatever the case, I work with the individual or couple to overcome obstacles and get their bodies fertile ready.⠀⠀
⠀⠀
If you need any help, reach out to me, I would love to help you ❤️
