If you are truly serious about transforming your health in dramatic ways, implementing coffee enemas into your regular wellness routine is important for achieving the life-changing results that you desire. Coffee enemas are an excellent method to support your body’s detoxification, particularly for your liver.

☠️ Is your liver toxic?

• Constipation/bloating/digestive problems/gas
• Skin problems: Eczema, acne, blemishes, rashes
• Irritable/anger/rage
• Brain fog/poor memory
• Depression/mood disorders/bi-polar
• Estrogen dominance/hormone problems/PMS
• Allergies/ sensitive to everything
• Gallbladder problems/gallstones

A few notable reasons why coffee enemas are so therapeutic…

☕️ THEY INCREASE GLUTATHIONE PRODUCTION BY UP TO 700%
Glutathione plays important roles in antioxidant defense, nutrient metabolism, and regulation of cellular events. The palmitic acids boost one of the body’s most powerful detoxifier, the glutathione s-transferase (GST) enzyme system, by up to 700%.

☕️ OPENS LIVER/BILE DUCTS & STIMULATES BILE
CE's help to inhibit the resorption of bile & the toxins contained in it. Bile is known as the "river of toxins". The body recycles bile up to 10 times, to conserve its resources. And since bile is reused, a significant percentage of the toxins are reabsorbed along with it. Opening the bile ducts & stimulating bile helps us absorb fats efficiently, digest better, remove excess hormones & detox more efficiently.

☕️ STIMULATES THE VAGUS NERVE
The vagus nerve is likely the most valued nerve in the body. It is the main nerve stimulating the parasympathetic (rest & digest & heal) nervous system. By doing coffee enemas regularly, we stimulate the vagus & strengthen it over time. If the vagus nerve is weak or infected, that negatively affects every area of the body.

☕️ CLEANSES THE COLON
For drainage to be the most effective, the first place to start is the bottom via the colon & work your way up. If the bottom of the funnel can't drain, it will create overflow & congestion further up the funnel.

This blend is our previous Joy juice and trusts me you will love it. This was made with 1/3 of a pineapple, 2 red apples, 1 large cucumber, 1 lime, and a knob of ginger. Try it and thank me later. 😉 This blend relieves inflammation, aids digestion, is full of vitamin C, rich in antioxidants, and great for immunity. Happy juicing!!

Fun fact, I once choked on a chewable Flinstone Vitamin. ⁣⠀
Anyway. I talk a lot about macros here, but we need to give some love to the micronutrients, too. “Micros” refer to vitamins and minerals, so here is a list a little cheat sheet to help you make sense of the vitamins out there.
⁣⠀
I’ll be honest with ya, I’ve never known much about vitamins. The extent of my knowledge was always that Vitamin C helps us not be sick (and made us all cry with Graduation), Vitamin D comes from the sun, and B vitamins give us energy.
⁣⠀
I’ve taken a multivitamin for pretty much my entire life. It wasn’t until more recently in my life that I realized it’s unnecessary. A multivitamin is a supplement, and if you eat a well-balanced diet, you’re likely getting plenty of vitamins in.
⁣⠀
Of course, if your diet is doo-doo, then multivitamins can be a helpful addition. Like any supplement, you shouldn’t rely on it as your main source. It’s very similar to a greens supplement- if all you eat is protein bars all day, it might be helpful. But, try eating real food.
⁣⠀
Vitamins can be broken up into 2 categories: fat soluble and water soluble. The fat soluble vitamins are A, D, E, & K, and they are found in mostly fatty foods (with exceptions of course). The water soluble vitamins are vitamin C and all of the B vitamins, and you’ll mostly find those in fruits & veggies, dairy and grains (again, with exceptions). What’s the difference in these types of vitamins? Essentially, water soluble vitamins pass through your body, where fat soluble vitamins are stored for longer term use.
⁣⠀
One common misconception is that since B vitamins help convert food into energy, that they burn calories. While B vitamins do provide some energy (they’re staples in lots of energy drinks) they do not provide CALORIC energy. Chugging the energy drinks isn’t the key to fat loss- I’m sorry.
⁣⠀
I could only fit so much onto one graphic, so just note that there are MANY sources for every vitamin, I just had to highlight a select few!
